The terms
What is free
The monthly plan fee for your first two months of subscription. You never repay these months, whenever you leave.
What it applies to
The full Starter, Professional or Business tier on monthly billing, whatever your number of employees. Nothing is switched off or limited during the free months: you get what a paying customer on the same tier gets.
Who can claim it
Any company that has not subscribed to HRify before. Companies of any size can choose annual billing instead, which has its own terms: 15% off, a rate fixed for twelve months and the implementation fee waived outright. The two free months do not apply to annual billing.
The implementation fee
Your written quote states the fee. You pay none of it when you start, and it is waived in full once you have been subscribed for six months. If your subscription ends sooner, you pay one sixth of the fee for each of the six months you did not complete. For example, if you leave after two full months, you pay four sixths.
You pay none of it if you cancel under section 4A of the Platform Terms, if you end your subscription because we increased the price or changed those terms materially, or if we are in material breach. Nothing here reduces your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
What is still charged
Otto, the optional AI assistant, is charged separately if you ask for it, along with anything else your written quote lists as extra. From the third month, the plan fee in your written quote applies.
How to claim it
- Send us a demo request and tell us you would like the offer.
- We show you HRify and send a written quote that lists the offer and the implementation fee.
- Accept the quote while this offer is shown on this page. Your quote gives your start date, which we agree with you based on onboarding.
How you receive it
TJ Software Solutions (Pty) Ltd gives you the offer on your HRify invoices. The invoices for your first two months show the plan fee and a credit for the same amount, so you pay no plan fee for those months. The implementation fee is not charged when you start, and appears on an invoice only if your subscription ends within six months.
Everything else
The Platform Terms of Use apply from your start date, including the notice needed to end a subscription. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with another discount. Prices exclude VAT. For questions, email info@tjsoftwaresolutions.co.za.
