The prices above apply to your first 100 employees. Each tier has a monthly minimum. If your per-employee total comes to less than the minimum, you pay the minimum. Each employee above 100 costs less: R46 on Starter, R89 on Professional and R125 on Business, while the first 100 stay at the price above. Above 300 employees, we give you a quote based on your own numbers.
Annual billing is 15% off, fixes your rate for twelve months and waives the implementation fee. Two-factor authentication and biometric unlock are included in every tier at no extra cost.

What the price includes, and what it does not
Prices exclude VAT
Fees are billed in advance in South African rand. If VAT applies when we invoice you, it is added at the current rate and shown on the invoice.
Otto is charged separately
Otto, the AI assistant, is an optional add-on. It is switched off until you ask for it. It is priced as a monthly allowance of questions, which is set out in your proposal.

The prices on this page are our published rates, not an offer. We confirm your price in a written quote, and the Platform Terms of Use govern the subscription.
Pricing questions
How much does HRify cost?
HRify is priced per employee, per month, in rand, excluding VAT. Starter is R52 with a minimum of R790 a month, Professional is R99 with a minimum of R1,490, and Business is R139 with a minimum of R2,290. Those rates apply to your first 100 employees. Each employee above 100 costs less, and above 300 employees we give you a quote based on your own numbers. Annual billing is 15% off and waives the implementation fee.
Is payroll part of HRify or a separate product?
Payroll is part of HRify from the Professional tier up. It reads approved leave, timesheets and claims from the same employee record. Because HR and payroll are one system, nothing has to be exported from one to the other or reconciled between them.
Can HRify run disciplinary cases and CCMA deadlines?
Yes. Industrial relations is included from the Business tier. Cases, warnings, hearings and appeals each have the paperwork they need, the CCMA referral period is counted from the correct date, and hearing, outcome and dismissal letters are generated as signed PDFs from the case.
Can we see HRify on our own payroll before deciding?
