HRIFY

What HRify works with

HRify produces the files your bank, SARS and your accountant need. Here is exactly what it does, and what it does not do.

Files and sign-in

Your bank

HRify produces an ACB bank file for EFT payments and checks it for errors. You upload the file to your bank.

SARS e@syFile

HRify produces the e@syFile import file for your tax certificates, and the bulk file for registering employees who do not have a tax number. You import them and submit the return yourself.

SARS eFiling

HRify gives you the EMP201 and EMP501 figures. You file and pay directly with SARS.

Excel and spreadsheets

Reports export as CSV or Excel files, so your accountant can work with them.

PDF documents

Payslips, tax certificates, invoices and letters are created as PDFs.

Microsoft 365

Your staff can sign in with their Microsoft 365 work accounts.

What HRify does not link to

HRify has no direct connection to accounting software, banks, payment gateways or SARS. Nothing is sent or paid for you: a person in your business uploads each file and approves each payment.
